Frank Praino: Director of Operations and Project Manager. Frank oversees the daily operating logistics of Your Décor NYC as well as Business Development and Marketing. As Project Manager, he takes a ‘Hands-On’ approach, personally supervising every phase of a project, from the Prep Work in the beginning to the Touch Ups at the end.

Rose Praino: Creative Director and office manager. Rose oversees scheduling, project planning, consult ting; as well as basic daily operations. Rose acts as liaison through all aspects of a project: connecting the Client, Frank, and the Crew. She is available to help conceptualize your vision so our services can be fully utilized to create Your Décor.
